TCPA & Contact Policy

Last updated: October 25, 2026

This policy explains the limited contact request made through our business inquiry forms. It is not a certification of campaign compliance.

Your inquiry request

The unchecked form acknowledgment asks you to request a response from Voxitive about the business inquiry you submit, using your supplied phone number or email. Please provide only contact details you are authorized to use. This request is not consent for unrelated partners to contact you.

Limits of the acknowledgment

The form does not obtain authorization for prerecorded or artificial-voice marketing calls, automated marketing text messages, or a separate consumer insurance campaign. A general inquiry acknowledgment is not a substitute for any specific consent, disclosure, or record required by law. Buying a service is not a condition of submitting an inquiry.

Stopping further contact

You may withdraw your contact request or ask not to receive further marketing contact by replying to a received email or using the contact details on the homepage. Identify the phone number or email address involved, but do not send sensitive personal information. Requests must be honored within the timeframe required by applicable law. If you receive a text, follow any opt-out instructions in that message; this website does not itself activate an SMS subscription.

Campaign safeguards

Before any campaign launches, the parties must determine applicable consent requirements, federal and state Do Not Call obligations, calling hours, identification disclosures, suppression procedures, evidence retention, and any state-specific restrictions. Any consent certificates, lead-source records, or vendor capabilities must be confirmed for that campaign rather than assumed from website copy.

Medicare-related inquiries

This is a business-service website, not a government website or an insurance enrollment application. Medicare-related outreach may be subject to additional CMS, licensing, permission-to-contact, and scope-of-appointment requirements. The website acknowledgment does not satisfy those separate requirements or authorize discussing an individual beneficiary’s plan options.

Questions and concerns

If you believe you were contacted in error, use the homepage contact details and explain the date, number or email contacted, and nature of your concern. Do not include medical records or Social Security numbers. This policy describes website inquiry handling and is not legal advice.
